If you need the "CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION" for issuance of visa, you must fill in the application form and send it to the STECH'09 secretariat (stech09@shinsen.biz) via e-mail. The deadline on application of the certificate is April 15, 2009.

We will confirm your application form, and will send the certificate to only the participants who complete the online registration and payment. The deadline of the online registration is April 15, 2009.
The participants should prepare to application of the entry-visa as soon as possible in advance of departure, because a visa application may take some months. Even if you cannot come to Japan due to the delay of issuance of visa, we have no responsibility for it.
