For their papers to be included in the symposium proceedings (CD-ROM), authors of papers must register during the advance period. Only one paper per registered author is allowed.
Student rate attendees must send by e-mail (stech09@shinsen.biz) or fax
(+81-25-243-7041) to the Symposium Secretariat during the advance period, a letter from their Department Head/Chair that states that the attendee is a full time student.
Participant Fee will include: Proceedings of abstracts, CD-ROM(including the full length papers), attendance at all technical sessions, coffee breaks, technical visit, reception and banquet.
