For their papers to be included in the symposium proceedings (CD-ROM), authors of papers must register during the advance period. Only one paper per registered author is allowed.
Student rate attendees must send by e-mail (stech09@shinsen.biz) or fax (+81-25-243-7041) to the Symposium Secretariat during the advance period, a letter from their Department Head/Chair that states that the attendee is a full time student.
Participant Fee will include: Proceedings of abstracts, CD-ROM(including the full length papers), attendance at all technical sessions, coffee breaks, reception and banquet.

All participants, including those making presentations, will be expected to register for the symposium. Only the web registration is available.
