Time Table
Each day from 24th to 26th, participants are able to take a bus from Kyoto Hotel Okura to the congress venue before the meeting and from the congress venue to Kyoto Hotel Okura after the meeting.

We will schedule the welcome reception during registration in the evening on August 23. Light meal and drink will be served.
